Live from Brussels - Report on the first meeting of the “Competition, Finance and Taxation” working group

In this digital EES Live, Tuesday, June 3, 5.00 pm-06.00 pm, we want to report on the first meeting of the “Competition, Finance and Taxation” working group and discuss with you topics that are important to us in this 2024-2029 legislative period of the European Parliament and the European Commission.

The aim is to use the opportunity to actively participate in the EU's ongoing legislative process and also to set the agenda ourselves, true to the motto: “Say what you want and not what you don't want”’. Up to now, the discussion has mostly taken place when decisions have already been finalised or are about to be published. By then, however, it is usually too late to take even justified criticism into account. We want to change this with the expertise of our network and proactively shape the future of Europe.
